How do I book a tour package with TDD Holidays?
Booking with TDD Holidays is simple. You can call us directly at +91 98747 51448, email us at tddholidaysccu@gmail.com, or fill out the enquiry form on our website. One of our travel experts will get in touch within a few hours to understand your preferences and create a personalised itinerary. Once you approve the plan, a booking confirmation is sent along with the payment details.
Can I customise my tour itinerary according to my preferences?
Absolutely. Every itinerary we create is fully customisable. You can choose your preferred destinations, number of days, type of accommodation (budget, standard, or luxury), travel style (slow travel vs packed sightseeing), meal preferences, and activities. We never offer cookie-cutter packages — your trip is built entirely around your needs.
How far in advance should I book my holiday package?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for domestic trips and 4–8 weeks for longer or international journeys. For peak seasons like summer holidays (May–June), Durga Puja, and Christmas/New Year, early booking ensures the best hotel availability and prices. That said, we also handle last-minute bookings. Just call us, and we will do our best.
Does TDD Holidays arrange hotels and accommodation as part of the package?
Yes, hotel accommodation is included in all our tour packages unless specified otherwise. We work with a curated network of vetted hotels, homestays, and resorts across all destinations. You can choose your preferred category from budget guesthouses to premium heritage properties, and we handle all bookings on your behalf.
What payment methods does TDD Holidays accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and cash payments at our Kolkata office. For group bookings, we also offer flexible payment schedules. All transactions are fully documented with receipts and GST-compliant invoices.
Are there any hidden charges in your tour packages?
Do you offer any discounts for early bookings or repeat travellers?
Yes! We offer early bird discounts for bookings made well in advance, and a loyalty benefit for repeat travellers who have booked with us before. We also run seasonal promotional offers on selected destinations. Follow our social media pages or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals and flash sales.
What is the cancellation policy for TDD Holidays packages?
Our cancellation policy follows a clear, tiered structure based on how close to departure you cancel. Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure receive a 90% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made 15–29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before receive a 25% refund, and cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable. Please note that certain charges, including visa fees, travel insurance premiums, non-refundable flight tickets, and non-refundable hotel bookings, are not eligible for a refund, regardless of timing. Can I make changes to my itinerary after booking?
What happens if the trip is disrupted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances?
Traveller safety is our top priority. In cases of natural calamities, extreme weather, or government-imposed restrictions, we work proactively to reschedule your trip at no additional cost or offer a full/partial refund based on the situation. Our 24/7 support team coordinates with on-ground partners to keep you safe and informed at every step.
Does TDD Holidays organise group tours and corporate travel?
Yes, group travel is one of our specialities. We handle family groups, friend circles, school excursions, college trips, and corporate off-sites for groups ranging from 10 to 200+ people. We offer dedicated group coordinators, group-specific pricing, customised itineraries, and full logistics management including transport, accommodation blocks, and team-building activities.
Are there special group discounts available for large bookings?
What documents do I need to carry for a domestic trip?
For all domestic trips within India, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, or passport. Certain restricted destinations like Arunachal Pradesh require an Inner Line Permit (ILP), which we arrange on your behalf as part of our package. We send you a full pre-trip document checklist once your booking is confirmed.
Does TDD Holidays provide travel insurance?
Will there be a TDD Holidays representative available during our trip?
Yes. For most packages, a dedicated trip coordinator is assigned to your booking who remains your single point of contact throughout the journey. For group tours, a full-time tour manager accompanies the group. Additionally, our head office support team is available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with any on-trip queries or emergencies.
